The best part of this is the sound of the SNAP.

I put this down as messed up instead of gross or nasty because you can't really see anything too bad... its just that sound that kills.

Some important things to note about this video:

1. It was recorded in 2001... before doing dumb stuff was cool for YouTube
2. 6mph is not really that fast for a treadmill jump
3. Dude filming things it would be a good idea to call other dudes mom right away (easy when your not the one that messed up!)
